Taiwan Night Markets and Street Food

Yen studied abroad in Taiwan 12 years ago and told me that Taiwan has the best night markets and she is right. We spent a lot of time trying different foods at the night markets in Chiayi and Taichung. Everything we ate was very good and also very cheap.  You can easily get full for less than $5 by eating a variety of foods from different vendors. I think I packed on a few pounds, especially since we were hanging out with Shing and Rainbow who liked to try everything in sight and always wanted us to taste whatever they bought.
